Sessions will take place at therapist’s office space in the Midtown/South Buckhead area.

Wellness Massage

Experience a relaxing massage utilizing techniques that promote stress relief, muscle tension relief, improved circulation and increased range of motion in joints. Deep Tissue techniques can be used in this service, if desired.

Sports Massage​

The Sports Massage uses techniques that include Compression, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Stretching.

Mobile Studio

Sessions will take place at the location of your choice. The therapist will provide the massage tables and all supplies. Sessions require a minimum space of 8 ft. x 12 ft. Additional travel fees may be charged for locations that are greater than 30 mins outside of the downtown area.

Take control of your personal wellness today! The wellness coaching program typically covers a three-month period but can be longer, if you so desire. Together we will set tangible goals that you can achieve to improve your wellness.

Benefits of Massage Therapy

This depends on your goals. If you are more interested in relaxation and an overall reduction in muscle tension, then the Wellness Massage will be the best option. If you are focused on muscle performance and recovery for physical activity, then the Sports Massage would be the right choice.

For the Wellness Massage, you will undress to your comfort level. You will be draped to preserve privacy at all times. The Sports Massage will require more movement, so loose comfortable clothing is recommended. Think comfortable shorts and a loose top.

Generally, once a month at minimum. If you live a more active lifestyle then this number could increase to multiple times a week. This can be discussed during your first session.

Absolutely! This is YOUR session, so you can choose to talk or not. Your intake forms will ask what your preference is for communication during the session.

Your first session will be about getting to know your history and massage therapy experience. Intake forms will be emailed to you once the appointment is confirmed and discussed at the beginning of the session. The focus of the treatment session will always be YOU, so this is the time to learn your preferences for massage therapy sessions. This includes things like massage pressure, communication preferences and areas to avoid and those to spend more time on.
